✦Terms of Service

^{By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms:}^{■ You have usage rights and can provide credit to any reference and design provided.}^{■ Provide necessary information regarding intended usage. Commercial use must be discussed.}1. About projects^{1.1 I, tofu, may refuse projects if I find them to be out of my abilities.}^{1.2 Progress is sent on a weekly basis through provided social media/email.}^{1.3 After the submission of a form, details will be reviewed and communication will be estabilished through provided social media/email.}^{1.4 Please reply in a timely manner to communication regarding the project. Extended period of non-communication will result in project termination without possibility of refund.}2. Deadlines^{2.1 Rig: 2 months work are estimated from the start of the project and may be extended to ensure quality. Any earlier dates are considered priority requests and will be charged accordingly. [Please note that 2 months is for a fullbody model.]}^{2.2 Art: Three weeks of work are estimated and may be extended to ensure quality. [Please note that 3 weeks is for a fullbody model.]}3. Payment and refund^{3.1 Invoices are sent through Paypal.}^{3.2 The payment is done in three stages. 10% of the total is due after project details review. This deposit is non-refundable and covers any cancellation costs.
45% is due after discussion and confirmation to start the project.
45% is due before any files are sent.}^{3.4 Refunds are offered according to progress. No refunds are allowed after delivery.}^{3.5 The client will not file a chargeback without prior notice and discussion.}4. About PSD files^{4.1 The PSD of the model art must be ready for rig. Minor corrections in the art or extra cutting are always necessary.}^{4.2 Basic art fixing instructions are included for the original model artist. The client will need to put tofu (rigger) and the original artist in contact so these fixes may be discussed.}^{4.3 If the original artist is unavailable or unable to process cutting/ fixing requests, the client may ask permission to the artist for the artwork to be modified by tofu.}5. About model art^{5.1 Character design must be provided or commissioned separately.}6. Priority^{6.1 Priority requests will be reviewed to ascertain all possibilities within the given deadline. They might not be accepted in some cases.}^{6.2 The priority fee is +100% of the project's subtotal.}^{6.3 Priority projects will automatically come first in the queue}^{6.4 Rigging deadlines before 2 months are considered rush/priority.}7. Delivery^{7.1 Client will receive a model folder containing necessary files for use.}^{7.2 Sharing of the model folder or selling the model requires consent from tofu/original artist.}^{7.3 The client holds the rights to use the model for social media posting and streaming. Commercial use (merch, etc.) must be discussed as royalties apply.}^{7.4 Credit @mayoutofu in a visible area such as bios, credits panel or text body when posting.}8. Non disclosure Agreement^{8.1 Any art or rig that cannot be publicily revealed is considered private. I hold the right to post model art and rig showcases 30 days after delivery. Should the model debut or only be revealed at a later date, a non-disclosure agreement and its period must be discussed.}^{8.2 Privacy fees can be discussed and might vary up to 50% of the subtotal.}
